Welcome to ROSELUNE LLC ("ROSELUNE," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and subscription-based video editing services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

ROSELUNE provides professional video editing services through monthly subscription plans. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Video editing

  • Motion graphics

  • Color correction

  • Audio enhancement

  • Subtitles and captions

  • Social media content editing

  • YouTube and marketing video editing

All services are delivered digitally.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until your subscription is cancelled.

  • Prices may change with reasonable prior notice.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and current billing information.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

  • Cancellation prevents future renewals.

  • No refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period except where required by applicable law.

5. Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 48 hours for most editing requests. Actual delivery times may vary depending on project complexity, workload, or incomplete project information.

6. Unlimited Requests and Revisions

Where included in your subscription plan:

  • You may submit unlimited editing requests.

  • You may request unlimited revisions.

  • Projects are typically completed one active request at a time unless your plan states otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to apply reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse of the service.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete editing instructions.

  • Own or have permission to use all uploaded content.

  • Ensure submitted content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

  • Respond promptly to requests for clarification.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all materials you submit.

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final edited videos, excluding any third-party licensed assets used in the project. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses for content you provide.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ROSELUNE may display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials. If you prefer your projects to remain confidential, please notify us in writing before work begins.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to create or distribute content that:

  • Violates any applicable laws.

  • Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

  • Contains malware or harmful software.

  • Promotes fraud, violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services that violate these Terms.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because our services involve custom creative work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROSELUNE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable subscription during the billing period giving rise to the claim.

12. Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
